Chris Blender
Co-Founder & Partner

Chris has held various senior executive positions in Information Management. His responsibilities have included leading overall strategy development and execution including financial performance and operation optimization for operating companies. His experience includes working within North America for fifteen years and internationally (Europe and Australia) for seven. Chris has a unique ability and proven track record in transforming underperforming operating companies into high performing organizations quickly.

As well, Chris has extensive experience in the design and implementation of document management and information management solutions for organizations in the energy, legal, financial, government and utility sectors. He is skilled in the areas of business development, strategy development, project management and co-sourcing. Chris has been instrumental in designing and executing Integra’s imaging services.

Colleen Moretti
Co-Founder & Partner

With over 25 years of industry experience, Colleen is a recognized expert and innovator in the field of Information Management. She has a vast amount of experience in designing and delivering solutions to organizations in the energy, legal, financial, government, pharmaceutical and utility sectors. Colleen’s leadership skills, her ability to communicate goals to various stakeholders, align services and deliver real business value, as well as her ability to recruit, retain and manage high performance teams are unsurpassed in our industry.

Colleen is adept in collaborating effectively with customers to engage in long-term business partnerships. She is also extremely effective in developing high performance teams that participate in vision and direction setting, developing business models that provide for an environment supporting challenge of the status quo and inspiring shared mission and purpose. In addition, she has developed and delivered specialized education offerings at the University of Calgary on Information Management.

Melanie Mctee
Site Coordinator

Melanie is Integra’s Site Coordinator, and has held various positions within the Information Management and Finance industries. Melanie’s strong communication skills allow her to effectively engage our clients to understand their challenges and offer business practical solutions. She is skilled at analyzing business processes to identify opportunities to introduce efficiencies. Melanie is adept at managing projects from the planning phase through implantation and sustainment.

Melanie works closely with our onsite Managed Services teams to help them apply Integra methodologies and best practices to improve their process, meet/exceed expectations and drive value for our clients. She recently guided one of our teams through a transition to take over the client’s entire imaging process, including a highly complex metadata scheme. The transition was completed ahead of schedule without any disruption in service or decrease in quality, and the team identified and implemented numerous process changes to remove duplication and unnecessary complexity.

Cameron Broadhead
Integra Document Centre Team Leader

Cameron is the Integra Document Centre Team Lead, and has held various positions within the Information Management and Human Resources industries. He excels at working within tight client deadlines to deliver consistent results that meet/exceed client expectations. He is skilled at process improvement, taking a big picture approach to workflows in order to identify and remove potential redundancies. Cameron is adept at working with clients to understand their business needs and deliver practical solutions.

Cameron currently manages delivery of our IDC operations, which includes the management of over 5,000 sq. ft. of active files. Recently, he has lead the team through a process enhancement initiative resulting in a 300% productivity increase in the number of documents imaged, while maintaining the same number of resources and meeting all client deliverables without service delay or disruption.
