Chris a respected leader known for his entrepreneurial drive and innovative approach to solving complex business challenges. Recently nominated for the 2024 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, Prairie Region, Chris believes strongly in partnerships and creating win-win results. He has been instrumental in developing and expanding Integra’s technology-based service offerings and oversees multiple client-focused teams, driving innovation while ensuring high-quality outcomes for Integra Partners’ clients.

Previously, Chris led information management companies across Canada, Europe, and Australia, where he was entrusted with turning around underperforming organizations. With a proven track record of rapidly improving performance and growth, Chris’s ability to swiftly assess areas requiring attention has been key in guiding Integra through its recent years of rapid expansion.

Colleen Moretti

Colleen Moretti, a born entrepreneur, is known for creating change in the information management space. Recently nominated for the 2024 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, Prairie Region, Colleen's drive to innovate and challenge traditional practices has been a hallmark of her career. Her mantra is to make information management processes simple and practical, proving that well-managed information leads to positive business results.

Throughout her career, Colleen has held various roles in information management and designed solutions for sectors including energy, government, legal, financial, and utilities. She thrives on developing strategies, setting information standards, and executing programs that align with the unique needs of each industry she partners with.

Melanie Mctee

With over a decade of experience at Integra, Melanie brings passion for delivering all our initiatives and services within our framework of Operational Excellence. Melanie leads our Managed and Digital Services teams, driving innovation and ensuring that our clients' challenges are met with practical, fit-for-purpose solutions. With people at the core of our business, Melanie and her team emphasize the importance of engagement and collaboration to achieve outstanding results.

Melanie is most proud of Integra's unwavering commitment to doing the right thing, even when it's challenging, as well as the company's dedication to delivering the best value for clients and treating their people well. She believes in choosing the right path over the easy one, a philosophy that drives both her leadership and the company’s success.

Cam Broadhead

Cam has led our imaging teams for over ten years and knows what it takes to deliver high-quality images for our clients. Cam has been an integral player in growing this line of business from 2 million pages/year to the current rate of 13+ million pages/year. A significant part of that growth has been Cam’s ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy. He has added value to our clients by developing workflows for manual document management tasks and has been using SharePoint and Microsoft’s Power Platform to streamline manual tracking and validation processes.

In addition, Cam plays a key role in building, designing, and managing M365 environments for our clients, ensuring that our services are seamlessly supported by robust digital infrastructure. His keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities enable him to set the tone for operational excellence within our teams.

Previously, Cam was a top performer in the recruiting space, and he has brought the leadership and coordination skills he learned there into his past ten years at Integra. Outside of work, Cam is also an internationally certified wheelchair rugby referee.

Megan Alexander

Megan is passionate about leading clients towards simple and sustainable information management solutions. With over a decade of experience at Integra, Megan thrives in the areas of information governance, M365 document management, and holistic information management programs.

In her current role as a Digital Solutions Specialist, Megan focuses on M365 and SharePoint, where she excels in transforming mundane manual processes through automation and leveraging out-of-the-box M365 functionality. Her robust background in change management and project management makes her one of the driving forces behind Integra’s successful project deliveries.

Most recently, Megan has been helping clients maximize the potential of their digital tools. Emphasizing user adoption and end-user experience, she ensures seamless tech implementations and high stakeholder engagement. Megan combines strategic leadership with technological expertise to deliver unparalleled results across our services.
